Our Story

Thistle and Bloom began on a kitchen table in 2014, tying bunches from a friend’s garden for the local market. Twelve years on, we still work the same way: small batches, seasonal stems, and every bouquet finished by hand before it leaves the studio.

We work with over 40 local growers, buy what’s in season rather than what’s on a wish list, and believe a bouquet should feel like it was cut from a garden, not built in a factory.
